8Verified guest“The classic triple room I stayed in was brand-new. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious with nice selections.”
8Verified guest“Its location was convenient and decent, in the garden area, and in a nice quiet area. Also, amazing tourist places like Piazza Fiume were around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel.”
8Verified guest“Staff is friendly, English speaking. We were given one key with a key bundle and a standard key for the room door, plus a key jumper to turn on electricity in the room. Air-conditioning was working fine, but there weren't enough TV channels, all local. Internet worked well in the room; if you need to print something, there's a printer on the first floor in the waiting room. Breakfasts are served in the basement, with coffee, tea, cheese, boiled eggs, fruit, muesli, cereal with milk, juice, jam, honey, delicious pastries. It's very decent for an Italian hotel.”
8Verified guest“Nice location: not right at the station but close to it (we were able to go to Florence and Venice for a day and back). Accordingly, all the main historical monuments are nearby (we walked to the Colosseum and Vatican). Quiet district, no crowds of tourists. There's an excellent small shop 'coop' about 100 m away where you can buy food (prosciutto + prosecco = excellent dinner). If you go from the station, there's a large supermarket CONAD with everything you might want (though chocolate was cheaper at COOP). There are 2 pizzerias and 2 pastry shops nearby. Service was excellent: towels were changed every day, later less often, but still changed. Wi‑Fi was working great. The room was comfortable even with 3°C outside. There's a minibar that can be used as a fridge, a hair dryer, and glasses for wine. Breakfast was not a buffet but everything was very high quality: prosciutto, salami, hard cheeses, soft cheese, two coffee machines, juice, fruit, various pastries. We ate well. On the day we had an early train to Venice, we were given breakfast to take on the road.”
8Verified guest“We liked everything; the hotel matches the description, photos, and reviews. Clean, there are towels, soaps, a small room, but we were comfortably accommodated for two nights with two children aged 6. 24-hour reception, late check-in without problems. Close to the centre and the train station.”
8Verified guest“We only stopped for one night to spend the night on the road from Rome to Perugia. I chose it for its walking distance from Termini. At first I was worried that Buckingham indicated reception was open until 23:00, and I had a situation after booking where I might arrive later. I called Booking's help desk, they contacted the hotel and said they would wait for me. Closer to the trip, I messaged the hotel again and got a reply that reception is open 24 hours. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. He put all the info on an interpreter in his phone and let me listen in Russian. That was very nice of him.”
